Alieana (proud member of a very large family and lover of a good snack) brings the kind of energy that makes a whole office feel lighter. As our Operations Assistant, she’s the person who keeps things moving and who genuinely loves being part of a team while doing it.

Before joining Hardie Alcozer, Alieana spent five years behind the bar and on the floor as a bartender and server, where she mastered the art of juggling a dozen things at once without missing a beat. That experience, learning to stay cool, adapt on the fly, and read a room in real time, translates seamlessly into the fast-paced, people-centered world of legal operations. She’s not thrown by the unexpected; she’s trained for it.

Growing up as one of thirteen kids (yes, thirteen — she’s adopted and comes from a wonderfully big family), Alieana is no stranger to lively environments and the kind of collaboration that only happens when people genuinely care about each other. It’s no surprise, then, that her favorite thing about this team is exactly that: the positive energy everyone brings to work every day.

When she’s not in the office, Alieana is probably planning her next trip or scoping out a good show. She fits right in here and we’re really glad she does.
