Anissa Garcia

Anissa Garcia

Anissa brings heart, harmony, and a knack for organized hustle to her role as Intake Coordinator. From the very first phone call, email, or consultation booking, she makes sure every prospective client feels welcomed, heard, and supported — handling each interaction with the same care and attention to detail she’s relied on throughout her career. With eight years as a middle school choir director and a music education degree from Texas Tech behind her, Anissa is no stranger to juggling hundreds of moving pieces while keeping people feeling seen and looked after.

A proud Texan and devoted San Antonio Spurs fan, Anissa is also the cat mom to Ethel and Alaska, who run the house with the same authority as any championship coach. Her favorite thing about the Hardie Alcozer team is the collaboration — and the way new faces are made to feel like family from day one.

When she’s not coordinating intakes, you’ll find Anissa singing, dancing, or acting her way through life. She’s a karaoke regular, a community theatre veteran, and still takes dance classes on the side. She also serves on the board of Chorus Austin as their Marketing & Social Media Manager, channeling her creative side into the local arts community.

Anissa has a few party tricks up her sleeve: she can recite the alphabet backwards (go ahead, test her), and she was once college neighbors with NFL star Patrick Mahomes — a fact she’ll humbly mention if pressed. She also has strong feelings about snacks: Hot Cheetos with Lime are non-negotiable. With her warmth, creativity, and gift for keeping every detail in tune, Anissa makes the intake process feel effortless — and the office a little more joyful.

what people are saying

"Hardie Alcozer breaks all the stereotypes of lawyers not being good and caring people"

“I recommend them most highly! Everyone I have worked with there has been skillful, professional, approachable, punctual, and organized. I worked with them with my wife’s will shortly before she died, and they really went out of their way to make the process as painless as possible. Because of this, I retained them to help with the probate process after my wife died. Hardie Alcozer breaks all the stereotypes of lawyers not being good and caring people.”
