Anna DeShazo
Law clerk
At this point, we’re convinced there’s nothing Anna DeShazo hasn’t done. She’s lived abroad teaching English in Madrid, guided whitewater rafting trips in Colorado, worked at the Texas State Capitol for a state representative, and fought human trafficking in Latin America. And now? She’s tackling estate planning, probate, and fiduciary litigation with the same unstoppable energy. Honestly, we’re just relieved she chose law over something like skydiving instructor—though we wouldn’t put it past her to do that, too.
As a law clerk and soon-to-be lawyer, Anna brings her trademark adaptability and problem-solving skills to every case. She loves connecting with clients, untangling legal puzzles, and crafting strategies that actually work. Whether she’s drafting a complex estate plan or preparing for litigation, she approaches it all with the same enthusiasm that got her down class IV rapids in one piece.
If you need someone who thrives under pressure, tackles challenges head-on, and might casually have a story about that one time she outran a bear (we wouldn’t be surprised), Anna’s your person. And if you’re looking for a career change, maybe ask her for ideas—because odds are, she’s done it before.
