As a key member of our operations crew, Ashley brings big-picture thinking, quiet confidence, and the kind of calming presence that makes even the busiest day feel doable.

Before joining the firm, Ashley worked across wellness, events, consulting, and real estate—gaining a rare blend of creative problem-solving, operational savvy, and people-first instincts. Around here, she’s the person who sees what needs to happen and makes it happen—whether it’s smoothing out a system, prepping for a big client moment, or just making sure everything runs like it should.

Ashley thrives in high-energy environments (thankfully), but when she’s off the clock, you’ll probably find her reworking a corner of her house just for fun—she’s a passionate DIY-er and someone who genuinely finds peace in pantry organization (bonus points for matching containers). She’s also a big fan of long walks with her husband and their sweet pup Cali, kombucha in hand and cheese board not far behind.
