His considerable experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, real estate, and business law has proven to be the perfect skillset to effectively assist clients with their loved ones’ probate matters, large or small….simple or complex. Austin’s preparedness, solutions-based thinking, professionalism and approachability make him a favorite at the courthouse.But what really sealed the deal for the Hardie Alcozer team were Austin’s quiet confidence and his remarkable empathy. (He’s a Pisces, after all.) Austin’s ability to listen and truly hear people before he speaks makes him particularly suited to advise folks in an area that can be both emotional and intimidating. In Austin’s spare time he likes to golf, play softball, run and cycle. He’s one of those annoying people that’s good at every sport. Austin is married to Katie, who is completely out of his league, and they have a beautiful 2-year-old son, Nathan, and a baby on the way who we can’t wait to meet.
