Emma Lee is the warm and wildly capable force behind our Easy as Pie Wills program. Equal parts team cheerleader, client wrangler, and expert multitasker, Emma helps make the estate planning process as approachable and, yes, easy as pie as it gets.
Before joining Hardie Alcozer, Emma spent years as a public school choir director, teaching adolescents how to sing (and how to be kind humans). She’s no stranger to chaos, fast-paced days, and managing big personalities with grace—making her transition to law firm life feel like a natural (if slightly less musical) fit.
A lifelong Austinite (seriously—she’s never lived anywhere else), Emma is a proud foster, adoptive, and bio mom, which means her world is full of laughter, love, and plenty of splash pad visits. When she’s not busy supporting clients or juggling logistics behind the scenes, she’s curled up with a good book, catching a concert or Broadway show.
Emma may be part-time on paper, but the impact she makes is anything but. With her big heart, sharp instincts, and people-first approach, she’s a vital part of the team—and a big reason why our Easy as Pie clients feel so well taken care of from start to finish.
