Gina Miller is the kind of person who makes everything run smoother, whether it’s an office, an event, or a round of Wordle (which, by the way, she takes very seriously—especially when she beats her husband). As a part-time paralegal at Hardie Alcozer, she brings a thoughtful, organized approach to every task while making sure clients and team members alike feel welcomed and taken care of.

With a background that includes working with Meals on Wheels, Gina knows firsthand that a little kindness goes a long way. She believes that everyone—regardless of age, background, or circumstance—wants to feel valued and included, and she puts that belief into action every day. Whether it’s a warm greeting, a friendly smile, or simply making sure everything is in order, she’s always one step ahead.

Outside the office, Gina loves spending time with family and friends, reading, and getting outside whenever possible—whether that’s hitting a group exercise class or just enjoying the fresh air. She’s also got excellent taste in snacks, with cheese and crackers as the everyday go-to and chips and queso as the clear upgrade (a distinction we fully support).
