Grant is one of those people everyone at the firm loves, the one always willing to answer a question, share what he knows, or jump in to help, no matter how busy things get. He began his paralegal career in New York City, where he managed the caseload for a mere fourteen attorneys, before honing his skills at another probate law firm, building a strong foundation in estate administration, managing a high-volume probate docket, and creating the workflows and training materials that still shape how he runs a case today. That background, paired with his incredible work ethic and uncanny ability to stay steadfast under pressure, is exactly what you’d expect from our Senior Paralegal, someone who handles even the most complex matters with ease and sets the standard for the rest of the team.
Outside the office, Grant’s love of food takes center stage. He’s known to spend hours perfecting a dinner party menu, because, in his words, he probably thinks about food more than the average person, and he’s just as happy tackling a complicated recipe solo or planning his next trip and Broadway show. His snack of choice is proof of his culinary standards: dates filled with peanut butter and dipped in chocolate. When he’s not hosting or traveling, you can still find him competing in board and card games like his life depends on it.
