Hillary Alcott

Paralegal

If there’s one thing we’re convinced about Hillary Alcott, it’s that she has somehow unlocked extra hours in the day. As a litigation and guardianship paralegal, she tackles every task with meticulous attention to detail and speed that defies logic—all while raising a toddler. We’re not sure how she does it, but we suspect mid-afternoon coffee plays a major role. Hillary and her husband (high school sweethearts, no less) have mastered the art of balancing work, family, and Friday night fajitas. When she’s not keeping cases on track at Hardie Alcozer, she’s either out for a walk with her family or perfecting her photography skills—because apparently, “getting everything done at superhuman speed” wasn’t enough of a hobby.

A self-proclaimed picky eater (which we won’t judge her for), Hillary has excellent taste in snacks—oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, to be exact. And while she’s a natural at handling legal complexities, she first honed her communication skills working at her college’s telefund, calling alumni and convincing them to financially support the university. If she could do that, handling tough legal matters is a breeze.
