Kylie McPhee brings warmth, organization, and a dash of fun to her role as Intake Coordinator. She makes sure every prospective client interaction — whether a phone call, email, or consultation scheduling — is handled with care, compassion, and attention to detail, helping clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported from the very first step. With a background in hospitality and a natural talent for organization, she keeps the intake process running smoothly without ever losing her smile.

Originally from Iowa, Kylie is a proud Texas transplant and a vegetarian in a family of carnivores. Her favorite sibling (sorry, everyone else) is her 8-year-old mini-me sister, though she has plenty of love to go around.

When she’s not coordinating intakes, you might find Kylie curled up with a fantasy novel (she read over 60 last year), at a concert (her fiancé never saw so many pop shows coming), or solving mysteries from the couch while watching Scooby-Doo. She’s a self-proclaimed Swiftie who can name any Taylor Swift song in a second — a talent her coworkers are always eager to test.

Kylie also has strong beliefs about food: carbs are always the answer, mozzarella sticks can cure anything, and a meal without sauce is just a missed opportunity. With her playful spirit, compassion, and efficiency, Kylie keeps our intake process organized, our clients feeling cared for, and the office smiling along the way.
