Riley Alcozer

Founder + Partner

As Brooke likes to say, “She’s small but she packs a punch.”  Riley heads up the firm’s fiduciary litigation practice group and yet she knows when to put her boxing gloves down in furtherance of the client’s goals.  Fiduciary litigation can be hard, emotionally charged, and requires a gentle touch but a fiery advocate. Riley provides insight, empathy and understanding to our clients both inside the courtroom and across the conference room table. Judges delight in her preparedness and clients feel safe knowing she’s “in it” with them.

Riley is the founder of “Mount Nebo Austin,” a non-profit that provides mentoring programs to children and teenagers in under-resourced communities in Austin.  Mount Nebo Austin was started with 7 volunteers and a handful of kids in one community, ultimately expanding to 5 communities with over 250 volunteers serving hundreds of children in multiple programs across Austin.

When she’s not spoiling her mini-labradoodles (Margot and Ellie—look for them at the office) with “pup cups” and eye-wateringly expensive dogfood, catch Riley hiking on the Greenbelt with her husband, Seth, or conducting never-ending DIY projects at home.
