Tiffany Barker runs the place, and she does it well. As Director of Operations, she leads our seven-person operations team and oversees the systems that keep a busy law firm moving: HR, finance, intake, and technology. She’s the engine behind Hardie Alcozer’s day-to-day success, quietly handling the behind-the-scenes chaos most people never see and making it all look effortless. (It’s not.)

Tiffany has always found it rewarding to support people building businesses around missions they truly believe in, and she’s spent the past eight years doing just that. Her career has taken her from nonprofits to supporting eight executives at once (yes, eight, at the same time), and she’s carried a lesson from every role along the way. The one she leans on most is a piece of advice that reshaped how she works: everything is figure-out-able. Instead of asking whether something can be fixed, she skips straight to what the fix is, which is exactly why she solves so many problems before they ever become problems. It’s also a mindset she’s passing on to the team she leads.

That team is a big part of why she loves Hardie Alcozer. Everyone genuinely shows up for each other, and no one shows up quite like Tiffany. Her organization skills are legendary, her patience is unshakable, and she keeps the office running with precision and heart.

Outside the office, you’ll find Tiffany cooking, hiking, catching up on podcasts, or tracking down live music around town. She also holds dual Danish citizenship. Well, technically it expired a couple of years ago, but she’s fully manifesting its return. And if there’s a bowl of chips and salsa nearby, she’s happy. (Honestly, any chips and dip will do.)

Every law firm needs a Tiffany, but we’re pretty sure we got the best one.
