FAQs: Collaboration & Referrals

Absolutely! We welcome the opportunity to discuss a client’s needs before you send them our way. Simply email referrals@hardiealcozer.com, and we’ll arrange a brief call with the attorney best suited to their situation. This ensures a smooth, tailored experience for your client from the very beginning.

Once we connect with your client, we’ll collect their basic contact information and send the appropriate questionnaire based on the services they need. These questionnaires help us understand their situation fully so we can provide the most effective guidance.

After the client completes the form, our Intake Coordinator, Kylie, schedules their initial consultation with the attorney best suited to their needs.

Following the consultation, we provide the client with an engagement letter and a secure link to submit their retainer. Once completed, we begin working on their legal matter promptly—efficiently, effectively, and with minimal stress for your client.
